A. Customers who purchased a product from INX-Media must use the products for their own personal, non-commercial use. Sharing the product on other sites or/and sell it highly prohibited. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

B. Users can not remove or edit any copyright or other proprietary notations from the products unless the Copyright Removal is purchased;

C. Customers are allowed to modify, edit the products they have purchased to fit their own needs, but removing/editing the copyright, even if the product has been highly edited, is prohibited unless the Copyright Removal is purchased


A. The websites and other products from INX-Media are provided "as is". INX-Media makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, INX-Media does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

B. Customers who have problems/bugs with the product(s) they have purchased will be assisted and may ask for support at any time as it is part of the service they have paid for. Customers who have issues due to a personal modification or/and due to a third-party modification on the product may not receive support


Customers may cancel their service at any time. In this event, all start-up incentives and loyalty schemes, including free hosting and other services, will be cancelled without refund.

Fees charged on a prepay basis are non refundable. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees; these charges are also non-refundable.

You are required to give INX-Media FIVE (''5'') Days notice to cancel your service else your contract shall automatically be renewed and payment taken. Details on how to cancel can be found here. In the event of 5 days notice not being given by the official means, no refunds will be applicable.


INX-Media do not offer refund for its digital/non-tangible goods at all. We offer several screen captures of the products we create, as well as allowing the customer to view a live demo of their website while in the development process


INX-Media has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by INX-Media of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk


The materials appearing on INX-Media's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. INX-Media does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. INX-Media may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. INX-Media does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials


A. If we catch customers redistributing our products or selling them, they will be banned (as well as their IP) and a takedown notice will be send to their host. This is fraud and it is illegal.

B. Websites are available in English only. If you require text images to be edited .PSDs you can find them in your website pack.

C. We only accept payments through PayPal


INX-Media may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use
